In West Hollywood 2010, we built a place where people could come together and eat local nutritious food without harming the environment or stressing the wallet.

And if a decade of filling hungry stomachs and expanding hearts has shown us anything, it’s that we want the best fresh, quality, locally sourced food.

The name “Salt’s Cure” comes from the natural, ancient tradition of using salt to preserve ingredients over long periods of time. In doing so, it acts as a cure for periods when fresh ingredients may be scarce as the seasons change.
